We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act Montenegro.

What data do we collect?

When making a purchase on the eliksiri.com website, we collect the data necessary to fulfill the order:

• First and last name
• shipping address
• phone number
• email address
• Order details (ordered products, amount, payment method, and delivery method)

Purchasing on the website is done without registering a user account – you only enter your details when creating an order.

When visiting the site, certain technical data (IP address, device and browser type) are automatically collected via cookies, more on this in the cookies section.

Payment card information

We do not collect, process, or store your payment card information. Card information entry is performed in secured fields by the payment processor AllSecure, and the payment is processed by the processor and Hipotekarna banka AD Podgorica, in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Our system only has access to transaction status (successful/unsuccessful), card type, and the last four digits of the card number, for order tracking purposes.

Purpose and legal basis for processing

We are processing your data:

• To execute the contract — Order receipt, processing, and delivery, order-related communication, handling complaints and cancellations
• To fulfill legal obligations - issuing invoices and keeping accounting documentation within statutory deadlines; for international deliveries, also fulfilling customs obligations
• Based on legitimate interest — abuse protection and basic website traffic analytics
• Based on your consent — sending notifications about offers and news (newsletter), if you subscribe. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in each message or by sending a request to info@eliksiri.com.

Who has access to the data

We share your data exclusively with partners necessary for order fulfillment, and only to the extent required:

• courier services (DHL, Montenegro Post) — delivery information (first and last name, address, phone number, email address). For deliveries outside Montenegro, the data is forwarded to the courier service and the competent customs authorities of the destination country, to the extent necessary to carry out the transport and complete the customs procedure; in that case, the data may be transferred outside Montenegro, subject to the protective measures applied by the courier service.
• payment processor and bank — transaction data
• Accounting agency — account data
• Hosting and website maintenance provider — technical approach within maintenance

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention period

We store order data for periods stipulated by tax and accounting regulations. Data not related to legal obligations are stored as long as there is a purpose for processing, or until your request for deletion.

The data is stored on secure servers with technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:

• Request access to your data and information about its processing
• request correction of inaccurate or supplementation of incomplete data
• Request the deletion of data that is no longer processed on a valid basis
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• you withdraw consent for consent-based processing

Cookies
