Shipments are delivered on workdays, during the courier service's working hours. If you chose cash on delivery, you will pay the order amount and delivery costs to the courier upon receipt. If you are paying by payment card, you will not pay anything to the courier upon delivery. The courier will contact you by phone shortly before delivery. If the courier does not find anyone at the address, they will attempt delivery again, i.e., they will contact you to arrange a new delivery time; after two unsuccessful attempts, the shipment is returned to the sender.
We also deliver to Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, and Slovenia. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the shipment and is displayed at checkout:

The international shipping price is calculated in the cart depending on the delivery country and the weight of the shipment, and is displayed before order confirmation. The delivery time is 3-8 working days from handing over the shipment to the courier service.
Customs duties and taxes: Shipments delivered outside Montenegro are subject to customs procedures in the country of import. Any customs duties, value-added tax, and customs processing costs in the country of delivery. the recipient of the shipment bears the costs, in accordance with the regulations of that country, and they are not included in the product price or the shipping cost. Before placing an order, we recommend that you inform yourself about the import rules applicable in your country.
Export restrictions: Certain products from our range may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries (especially products of animal origin and dietary products). We reserve the right to notify you after receiving your order if the ordered product cannot be delivered to your country, along with an offer for a replacement or a refund of the paid amount.
Cash on delivery and in-person pickup are available exclusively for deliveries within Montenegro; international orders must be paid by credit card.
